If you decide not to read this entire Privacy Policy, we want you to walk away with a few key points about Ownline’s privacy practices:

• Our App is all about timed interactions. After logging into Ownline, you would have to invest a certain amount of time to earn points. We think organic. The more you engage, the more benefit you reap.
• We require personal information to provide you our services, and also in order to comply with applicable laws.
• No spamming. We do not sell personal data.

What Sort of Data We May Collect

Here’s a description of the specific information we collect when you interact with our App:

• Account data, which usually includes first and last name, company/ organization name, email ID, phone number, profile photo, username, and other such, included under your profile/bio.
• Your contacts’ phone numbers (only if you allow this). This helps users connect with people they may know. We offer them the option to invite friends to join them in Ownline. In order to take advantage of this option, users would have to share phone numbers from their address book or add phone numbers manually.
• Conversations or chats on the Ownline platform are recorded for quality, temporarily. We delete them after a certain time unless a user or our automated systems flags a Trust and Safety violation. On such occasions, we encrypt and keep the chats for further investigation. We review the nature of messages periodically.
• Names of friends who got invited by you to join the App.
• Communications with users, such as questions or feedback.
• Payment and transactional data of each user, which included their name, payment mode, and your transaction history. In addition, please go through our Terms of Service
• Data shared via social media companies, if the user interacted with our pages on their services page. Please consider that the information depends on their individual social networking accounts.
• Device data, such as device IP address (and derived location), browser type, device name and OS, and other such settings. You have the option to allow or deny such access when you join Ownline. We will access the call log data once—at the beginning of joining Ownline.

Our Personal Information Policy

The personal information we collect is used to provide services, including:

• Sending Invite;
• Smooth operation of the App and our business;
• For maintaining and constantly improving the App;
• For better connections;
• To Communicate to you about our upcoming announcements, security alerts, and other such notification that will help improve functionality; and
• To provide support for the App.

Direct Organic marketing. Ownline may send you direct marketing communications in a set frequency including, but not limited to, letting you know of the latest feature releases. There is an option to opt out in our email marketing communications. Please note that there will be transactional mails sent periodically even after opting out of direct marketing.

Support and maintenance. Ownline uses third party analytics services in order to log and track certain information regarding the device you use and how you interact with the App. This is mainly to troubleshoot and minimize errors in the future.

Do We Share Personal Information?

We do not believe in selling personal information. Sometimes, we will share personal information with:

• Service providers.
• Authorities and others (in case of a law and order situation).
• Business transferees.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may change our Privacy Policy as and when we deem fit. If we change this Privacy Policy, you will get notified and we will post it in the App. In all cases, your use of the App after the effective date of any changed Privacy Policy shows your acknowledgment of the changed Privacy Policy.

Data Security, Other Sites and Apps

The App contains other websites links that are part of the online services we offer. Also, our content may integrate with social media pages or other online services that are not directly linked to us. These integrations are not an endorsement of any kind. We are not in control of these third-party websites or online services and therefore; we are not responsible for how those sites behave.

You use the App at your risk appetite. Part of our services include implementing commercially reasonable transactions of personal information. Please note that we do not share email IDs with other users. We are not in control of how you act on the app, or if you share your personal data or e-mail ID on the platform. Please take care of how you share your personal information via the Internet.

We are not responsible if you circumvented any of our privacy settings or security measures. Finally, we are not in control of how other users behave on our App or platform.

Regarding Children

The App is not for children under the age of 18. If we came to know that we collected information of a child under 18 without the consent of the child’s guardian or parent, then we will delete it as required by law.
